Does it cost anything?+
Nope — TopHouse is 100% free for fraternities. We earn a small commission from the vendors we connect you with, so there's never a markup or hidden fee on your end. You get competitive quotes, and we get paid by the vendor when you choose one. Everyone wins.
How do custom orders work?+
Submit a quick request through our quote form with what you need (shirts, hats, koozies, flags, etc.), your quantity, and any design ideas. We'll source quotes from multiple vetted print shops and send you options to compare on pricing, quality, and turnaround time. Once you pick a vendor, we introduce you and manage the process.
How do event rentals work?+
Same idea — submit a request through our quote form with your event date, headcount, budget, and what you need (stage, DJ, inflatables, sound, lighting). We'll reach out to our vendor network, pull multiple quotes, and present your options. You compare rates and packages, pick the one that fits, and we coordinate the rest.
What happens after I submit a request?+
We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm details and start sourcing. Depending on what you need, we typically have quotes ready within 1-3 business days. Once you choose a vendor, we create a group chat with all parties to make sure everything goes smoothly from order to delivery.
